I think that by the time the windshield and Connally's head were clear, the angle on the shot was steep, certainly an angle rarely practiced (It would have been easier to spit on Kennedy than shoot him with that rifle at the turn.

Plus, of course there is a chance that there was a conspiracy, and even a second shooter from the knoll.

But, assuming LHO was the only shooter from BEHIND the motorcade, only Oswald's shots hit JFK.

The science is irrefutable.

The "science" of three bullets from the rear was agreed upon before any forensics were done, and then barbered when the Zapruder film appeared. You may find it compelling. But, on provenance alone, irrefutable is a stretch.
