And when I don't make sig bets with you, you get some brooms to help clean up the Homer Dome.

You're keeping a spot on that Tigers bandwagon warm for me, aren't you?

Hell, judging by some of the posts on the Tigers' MLB message board, there will be plenty of room for you.

Although, I'm not convinced the Twins are out of it yet.

I'll just go ahead and pre-order my Magglio wig, then.

BYH, more disturbing than Tyner's HR is the fact you used the term 'goes yard.' What's next?? Walk-off single? An appearance on Who's Now?

Please tell me this isn't your own Rock Me Tonite [cq] moment. . .

Jason Tyner scored the winning run for the Twinks today on Mike Redmond's double.

Tyner, Ruthian slugger that he is, reached on a HBP.

Rafael Belliard -- Two home runs in 2,301 at-bats over 17 seasons. That dude was clutch.

I think I should merge this thread into the baseball hall of famers one.

Tyner still needs one more home run to pass team mate Russ Ortiz, the pitcher, on the career leader board.

I think you mean Ramon Ortiz. He's got one home run in 135 at-bats and is with the Twins. While Russ Ortiz, of the Giants, has six home runs in 473 at-bats. Either way, both have more power than Tyner.
