    We never had one any place I ever lived as far as I know. But it might have been a regional thing. We had Hardee's, Wendy's, Burger King and obviously McDonald's, but I don't remember Burger Chef.

    Gotta factor in her either living there or -- more likely -- rental income into your equation. Not to mention subtracting her taxes.

    I wonder what the new, 3,500sf home they're going to replace it with will go for.

    Appears she had some smart parents who looked out for her. The purchase was in the first year of The Brady Bunch, long before she would have been rich.
