    Neither one is worth being a No. 1 pick. But friends of mine in Jacksonville who follow the team say the rap on Williams is that he at least works hard, and will block his ass off. Jones is a complete dog in every aspect ... won't block, won't run his patterns right, won't go over the middle, and is gutless when it comes to contact. This year's camp was supposedly his last chance, but it looks like he snorted himself out of that.
