Jack Warden, RIP

Discussion in 'Anything goes' started by Columbo, Jul 22, 2006.

  1. Don't forget the fact that he fought at the Battle of the Bulge as well.

I hope Jack Warden was taken from his body by an over eager way-station attendant and is being put into the body of a younger man as we speak.

Another thing we are in complete agreement on.

They made her look as much like a librarian as they could in HCW, and she still set the celluloid into flames for me.

  8. From her mod days all the way through Troy, where she had one great scene as Achilles mother.

"Am I right or am I right?"

  10. Hey, Lou --
Where'd you get the part about him fighting at the Bulge?
It wasn't in the LA Times obit that I read. That seemed to indicate Warden's war ended when he broke his leg. Makes a great story evern better.

  11. It's in his IMDB.com biography

  12. OK, cool.
And, before I forget to say it -- McCabe and Mrs. Miller. Mmmmmm, Julie in ringlets.
