    Agree.

Iverson maybe has one half typical season left.

Nuggets aren't getting past anyone in the playoffs with that team.

No kidding, especially when you consider that Philly had a more pressing need to do a deal than Denver, even without Anthony.

Andre Miller isn't driftwood, Joe Smith will be at least serviceable and TWO first-round picks?

Granted, if the Nuggets are any good, those won't be high picks. But still ...

It's only a steal for the Sixers if Billy King turns the draft picks into something special. And if Billy King could turn draft picks into something special, the Sixers wouldn't suck so bad in the first place.

Billy King is a Dookie and Dookies always have been successful in the all NBA endeavors, right?

Current scoring leaders in the NBA:
    1. Carmelo Anthony 31.6
    2. Allen Iverson 31.2

AI has shown no signs of slowing down. He had the best season of his career last year.

And watching them wrestle each other for the ball might be one of the more entertaining things in the NBA for the rest of the season. How many games suspension do you think Anthony might get for landing a haymaker on his teammate?

I respect you Ragu but what gives you the idea that Carmelo will argue for more shots? It's actually the other way around. When Karl first came to the Nuggets, he said Melo needed to be more aggresive in the number of shots he took.

Nuggets: "How can we better prepare ourselves for the next time we brawl? Our brawling inexperience showed there. Is Allen Iverson available?"

Lot of age and hard mileage on him by Halloween 2007.

    A lot.

And, his being so short and a 42 percent shooter doesn't help.

Hey, I won't believe it until I see it. Yeah, he shoots 42% but he can drive to the basket and create some plays as well.
