It's about time, Feds to stop going after medicinal pot users

    You approve of the practice of DEA agents subverting state and local medical marijuana laws by arresting people on federal charges?

    Federal law still trumps state law. See U.S. Constitution, Article VI.

    However, there are reams of pages in the U.S. Code that are not enforced because they are quaint or outdated. Decriminalizing cannabis is definitely on the horizon.
