It took 4 years, but a BIOCH license plate is offensive

    That probably wouldn't matter. My parents once tried to get "BAR MAR" because those are the first letters of each of their names. The licensing office said no because "BAR" would promote drinking. Um, okay.

    I refuse to live in a country here you can't get "Hrycnt" on a license plate.
