Four years after being issued a license plate that read BIOCH a New Jersey woman has to surrender the plates because the state Division of Motor Vehicles got a complaint that the plate was offensive.

Agreed. Jeez, that person probably just got bored with flagging YouTube videos as offensive and decided to diversify into license plates.

I think the person who complained was just pissed the other woman got the plate before he/she could.

The woman who "had" to turn in her license plates should have sued over violating her First Amendment rights.

    Fuck that shit.

Ironically, the woman who complained is one.

It's like some good advice that you just can't take.

So the license plate goes away. Who's going to ban this?

My dad had his Illinois plates taken away for being "offensive." They read "OLPHKR 1"

The woman should have just said she was a biochemist or something of the sort. Maybe it was a hobby. Then what?
