    Second episode does not disappoint even though you knew it was coming.

    @OscarMadison - RE: Star Wars
    The side projects fit in between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, with Solo first and Rogue One directly before A New Hope. I'm not sure about the Clone Wars movie/TV show, nor the Ewok Adventures.

    I've amended my Machete way of watching Star Wars. It should now go: Rogue One, A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, Return of the Jedi, The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and when it comes back, The Rise of Skywalker.

    I would like that, too. I never knew all that other stuff that led to the cancellation. I didn't have channel to watch it when it first aired. I found it later.

    Don't forget Droids, the animated series about C-3PO and R2D2 from 1985. Not that it isn't forgettable, but it is relevant here.

    Bowing to OoP.

    Dammit, Disney! I was looking for a chick movie last night. Why? I'm a chick. These things happen. "You Again" won't be available until February? "Christopher Robin" drops next October? "Beauty and the Beast" is available November of '20?

    So I watched "Lady and the Tramp." Bad dogs! You don't get to be that cute when I'm irritated at Disney. You also don't get to use my favorite cast member from "Community" as a villain. Actually, yes you do and I am happy with it. Yvette Nicole Brown stole the show as Aunt Sarah. (Ken Jeong is there, too, in a blink and you'll miss it turn.)

    I love superheroes and I was going to the metroplexes to see the first three Star Wars movies before most of the people on this board were born. But please... Can you bastards not be so stingy with the girl movies? Fine, I'll watch ESPN+ until y'all come to your senses. BTW, Malta's futbol team sucks. By ten minutes past halftime, I was looking for anything from Western Kentucky or Memphis State to watch instead of that international incident. I now call it "Night of the Grinning Spaniards."

    Amazon just added a treasure trove of chick movies, OM, including the best fall movie ever, You've Got Mail.

    That's one way to differentiate themselves from the nerd paradise that is Disney+.

    "Night of the Grinning Spaniards" sounds like an awesome avant garde porn title.

    I finally watched Episode 1 of The Mandalorian. Does it replace Firefly in my space oater-loving heart? No. It does have a lot going for it and I'll keep watching, especially after seeing the high-dollar asset.

    In the first five minutes, we were treated to a bar fight, a SW lore call-out that took a brass set, an ice worm who won't be going to the Tremors monster family reunion, and Brian Posehn in the 1975 Chevy Vega of land cruisers. That was just the first five minutes.*

    What do I want? Taika Watiti to have more opportunities to annoy our hero.

    *It might have been closer to ten minutes. Ahdunno. It was a lot of stuff in a tiny amount of time.

    Not nit-picking, actually curious: Did Far From Home take place in 2019 or 2023? If it’s 2019 ... how’s that work?
