Netflix and Amazon Prime are doing great things, but...

When did they get The Simpsons?

The scope of their library looks good on paper, but when you see it like this...

    Damn

It's funny - the Marvel and Star Wars brands are things I want to see in a theater, rather than streaming. Even though I'm fans of the Defenders and Agent Carter. Also glad to see the Muppets back in action. That said - bundling with Hulu and ESPN plus for the same price of Netflix? No contest. I do wonder if Disney will scale back the more drama-heavy stuff on Hulu (Handmaid's Tale etc) or go bigger.

Disney got the Simpsons when they bought the Fox studio.

Disney, take my money now, please. This is a no-brainer. My wife is going to have to deal because Little OOP and I have her outvoted.

They're setting up for a live action version of a new Scrooge McDuck series, filmed on location in the Disney Money Bin.

I'm kind of surprised they haven't built another Disneyland in the US since DisneyWorld. That seems to be where they make the real scratch.

The only place I could see that happening is Texas: not near Orlando or SoCal, no winter (limited), malleable regulatory environment.

But why not just build more in Orlando? They’ve simply added parks there.

Disney can grab the Schlitterbahn when it goes bankrupt.
