Isn't there another obvious question here?

Wouldn't we be arrested for walking naked in a hotel?
And why are they going room to room naked anyway?

Players are naked in locker rooms. Women are allowed to do their jobs there.

Seems like discrimination to me. But I'm willing to listen to arguments.

A locker room isn't a public place like the hotel hallway is.
It is discrimination, and sounds odd they'd allow that in the hotel anyway.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did walk around the hallway naked.

For the life of me, I can't think of why.
It's not a dorm with a communal bathroom and shower.

    Rookie hazing, perhaps?

As I've learned in my random trips into an NFL locker room, and you can bet your life savings on this:

No one likes to be naked more than fat linemen. Seriously. They LOOOOOVE being naked. I'm surprised they don't ride the bus naked.

I was in the Bears' locker room a couple years ago and heard, "Excuse me; naked guy coming through." I didn't catch his name, but I made sure to get the hell out of his way.
