Isn't it ironic?

No, this is not a thread about Alanis Morissette.

I was just thinking how today the Indiana and North Carolina primaries have such importance in the Democratic race. And it made me think of the number of states that moved their primaries up because they wanted to be important.

Particularly, Michigan and Florida, which violated DNC rules and are now uncertain about having their delegates seated. Had Michigan and Florida also waited until today or next week or last week, these two big states would have been granted almost Super Tuesday coverage.

Instead, they might not be seated, and their primaries were the kind of insignificant they were trying to avoid.

  2. I can think of a number of other words but, yes, it is also ironic.

Only time I ever heard "rain" as a four-syllable word was on that song.

  5. I think too much of you to have suspected you'd play that card.

Tony started an Alanisjack last night on the Scarlet J. thread. I'm returning the favor :D

The thread title was begging for an Alanis jack. I say it should be avoided for that reason--WAY too easy.

I knew there had to be a cool reason why you did that.
