    Maybe the Conservatives can reboot itself as the old Progressive Conservative Party. Bring back the Red Tories!

    Also, 68% of Canadians voted in this election. Harper picked a fight with the wrong people.

    Seems to be a mandate for a more Keynesian approach to economic policy if nothing else.

    Lots of doom and gloom out here in Calgary. The overwrought response would be comical if some of these people were not sincere in their beliefs.

    FWIW we elected Liberal MPs in the city, first time since 1968. The Liberal candidate I voted for in my riding got slaughtered 26K to 11K.

    I consider myself a Red Tory and have never voted Liberal but Harper and his bully government had to go.
