    If it's Obama vs. McCain I'd be voting for Obama
    If it's Clinton vs. McCain I'd be voting against McCain

    This is an interesting poll question. I can't remember any presidential election since I was old enough to vote that did not ultimately come down to me deciding which was the lesser of two evils. This one isn't really any different.

    I can confirm that Homer J. Simpson got at least one vote for governor of California two years ago. 8)

    We're invariably, understandably and rightfully left with consensus candidates as a matter of the political process. As the person you hoped would run decides against it, the person you favored among the candidates loses early in the primaries and your second choice loses later on in the primaries, you're ultimately left with a candidate who may not be your ideal candidate but who has the best overall support within your party. The majority of people will always have gripes about the candidate they support in a general election.

    Definitely voting for Obama. That being said, there may be extra incentive to vote for him, considering Hillary's perhaps less than stellar chances against McCain.
