Not making that up. It made me consider going on the Nicole Richie diet.

That would pretty much make you The Medium Ragu. :D

It may be closer to a buck sixty, actually. I'm more rag than ragu.

Good for you. Being healthy is important. No sense losing your columns before it's needed.

I can tell you if Ragu weighs 165, then I'm sleeping with BYH.

I don't know what this means. Is it that you think I do weigh 165? Or you think I weigh a lot more than 165? Or you are looking for excuses to sleep with BYH?

    I think you're 160. Dripping wet. Holding a 10-pound weight.

Ha ha. No way. I am really usually somewhere between 160 and 165. When I fucked up my leg I was pushing 170, maybe even 175. You are going to call me a liar for about the fiftieth time this week, but it's true.

    Liar! I believe you.

Given that we're talking about Whitlock on two boards, I don't mind a threadjack.

Well, if it matters much, I'm checking in at a chunky (for me) 195 right now. But I've lost body fat. :D

All the weight gain, I was 185 a couple of years ago, is in my legs and abs.
