    Pretty good story today on the AP wire about all of the discontinued Olympic sports over the years. The swimming obstacle course (in the River Seine at the 1900 Paris games) was a favorite. It'd be an X-Game now.

    As for stuff that's not actually been a sport ... competitive Russian Roulette, anyone? Toenail clipping for distance?
