I like a lot of the aforementioned, including Ley, Young Schaap, Buccigross and Melrose, Olney and Gammons.

I would pay money to see a literal version of Jim Rome is Burning. Just stick him in a furnace for half an hour.

 

I think ESPN gets a bad rap here. I say that with less conviction than a year ago, though.

But Gammons lost all his credibility when he went down this same "I don't need no proof" road. When he talks, I wait for later verification.

 

I change the channel when Stu Scott, Chris Berman, The Pipehitter or Sean Salisbury start doing their schtick.

NFL2Night and Edge NFL Matchup are great shows.

 

I like Marc Stein. Former beat guy for the Clippers back when the L.A. Daily News had an awesome group of young writers.
