Is there a cooler MF on earth than Clive Owen?

so sorry, fans, but clive owen is NOT even in any discussion with clooney and others mentioned for one pretty big reason:

too many people don't know WHO THE EFF CLIVE OWEN IS!!!

i mean, the guy can walk down any street in the u.s.a. and not get recognized by a soul.

feel free to yell at me if i'm wrong, but i'm a pretty big pop-culture maven and i couldn't pick him out of a lineup. not saying he isn't talented and good-looking, but seriously, he's a nobody in the big scheme of "movie-star cool."

I'll stick with Clive, although good arguments made for Clooney ... and I like the Dave Grohl shoutout.

 

Children of Men is fantastic.

Now, I am a Clive Owen fan, but until the dude dies, Paul Newman reigns supreme for me when it comes to cool.

Not the best movie I've ever seen, but far, far, far from garbage. The cinematography alone makes it worth multiple viewings.

 

I can think of several other movies that would satisfy that before I turn to Children of Men. I tried to find the theater manager to get my money back, but it was a late movie and he was gone (and if you think it's not possible, try it - I've got my money back or credit 3-4 times when I've seen garbage movies).
