The thing is.... THIS is the episode they have had months to prep for.

    Godawful.

Hmm, it appears I should have added "Jimmy Fallon's career" to my death pool list for 2009.

Seriously, though, it's going to take a long time for Fallon to gain a following. Look at it this way, for a long time Kimmel's show sucked ass. It only just recently started to turn to a positive light. And by recently, I mean, starting with last year's "I'm F**king Matt Damon" skit.

Lick it for 10? Kind of oddball, but I'm failing to see the humor.

At the same that this is the episode they had months to prep for, this is also the first show like this he's ever done.

You can prep all you want, it's not going to compare to having to go out and do it for real for the first time.

Yeah, I already take back my earlier half-hearted endorsement. It went from shit to maybe-this-shit-won't-be-shit to shit in the span of 13 minutes.

Some of his jokes in the monologue could have been written by children.

And was he chewing gum when he came out?

We've crossed over from unfunny and inartful to flamingly uncomfortable.

What an awful first guest for this putz.

Need to go to bed but want to see Van, even though I'm seeing him live tomorrow.
But don't think I can last another minute.
