There's a reason Buccigross dubbed him "Hockey God". He's was a critical piece on the Avs, and is now the leading force for the Sabres.

And best of all, he does everything, offense, defense, power play, penalty kill. Gonna get as big a deal as is possible in the offseason.

sure are. has any l.l. world series star besides drury and sheffield ever made it big as a pro athlete? and sheffield didn't win it all. drury did.

  4. Tell you what? The Avs miss him, that much is certain.

So you'd rather take Chris Drury over A-Rod? After all, he did win the ll world series.

    P.S. They're 12 year olds

Alright, I'm not doubting that championships have followed him.
But little league baseball? Come on now.

It's just illustrating the point that he showed this championship prowess from an early age.

It's a big fuckin' deal, Chuck.

JR said it best: Championship teams follow Drury around. He's won everywhere. At every age, at every level.[/quote]Alright, I'm not doubting that championships have followed him.

It's the best 12-and-13-and-14 year old baseball players in the world. It's not like it's Team USA vs. a bunch of kids who have never played before. Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Cuba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, amongst other countries, field very good teams.
