Wherever I hear "California (fill in the blank)" I always associate give addition of avocado. When you guys say a burrito with fries I picture a Del Taco concoction that just bastardizes Mexican food. I just can't associate too many Mexican dishes with potatoes largely because the starch is mainly rice and corn. My dad and my step dad's grandma rarely used potatoes in their traditional dishes.

This also sounds very regional. I don't see fries and Mexican in Nor Cal probably why I'm standoffish.

And I still denounce this ;)
