    I think the report will have an impact, because it will give cover to some GOP Congress members who don't agree completely with the President's approach. Even for Bush 43, it is hard to say no to James Baker.

    I support this by the fact that Gates, the day before at his confirmation hearing, said we weren't winning. That is a change.

    I heard Rush dismiss it with a "They aren't there, what do they know about fixing it?"

    I suggest we chip in an send Rush to Baghdad so that he and his inflated intellect can fix everything.

    I tell ya who really gets hurt in all this -- The Onion. They have to fight like hell to make up shit that is actually more absurd than the real news. I wish them luck.
