Seriously. We should call in the fighter jets because a couple of our boats wandered into restricted foreign waters? I am not thrilled with some aspects of the capture and recording it, but this could have gone down much, much worse. And there's a decent chance that flying into their airspace would have made it worse.

The only problem is the Republicans didn't get any opportunity to legitimately criticize the Obama administration over the incident.

Kind of sickening how some folks seem like they wanted this to go sideways just so they could blame the Democrats.

Eh, the CC&R Club is still working on finding five things the GOP has done for the middle class in the last 25 years.

    NY Times:

Iran’s judiciary said Saturday that that it had released four Iranian-American nationals as part of a prisoner swap with the United States. The Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian was among the prisoners freed, Iranian media reported.

Of course, the Angry Old White Men Brigade won't be happy unless the swap includes John Kerry and Hillary.

I'm not sure which is most surprising... this, or that Old Tony hasn't watched Making a Murderer.
