    So, I've been asked to be the PA announcer for my wife's school's basketball team.

    I want to use music, obviously, during the introductions. But I don't want to use the alan parsons project sirius. That's too overdone. But I want something like that.

    I figured with all the music buffs on here, I might score something to use.

    Thoughts?

    I PA Announce at our local JUCO for mens and womens games.

    For the women, the coach didn't want music or anything, so I just dryread it with a little emphsasis;

    For the men, I found the instrumental of 50 Cent "In the club".......went over very well, when I dubbed in Ozzy's "All aboarddd..........hahahahaha"..........then straight into it.

    One of these days is also very good.

    This year, if I can find the instrumental to Sean Kingston "Letting Go"......That would be very good......

    EDIT; Just found it.

    Judas Priest "Out in the Cold" - long synth driven intro..then guitars come in
    Blur - "Song 2"...err...if you could edit it to make it longer
    The Who - "Eminence Front"
    Turbonegro - "Age of Pamparius" loop the beginning and the Whoa Whoa Whoa part

  12. Good, catchy, long music intros with enough juice to get you energetic but not overly loud that you can't talk over it.
