Internship question

No, I'm not trying to get an internship. I'm a little bit past that by now. :D

The question I have is that I got an e-mail from someone who's in the U.K. who has asked about working on an internship at my paper (sounds unbelievable, but anyway).

What kind of legal issues do I need to be aware of? If I end up answering the guy, I'd like to have a better idea of what I should tell him than I do now.

There are legal immigration issues to be aware of that I don't know the specifics of - mainly how to sponsor his work visa/green card and what liabilities you have for what he does in the states (outside of the job)

  3. I work for this department, but not this area. Maybe this will help you:
