-- If the killer is the 24-year-old who is (probably illegally ... don't know statutes in Kansas for consent) nailing the 16-year-old, I hope he gets treated well in the big house. Maybe dropping the soap a couple times will teach his sick fuck ass.
-- I only can imagine what situation this 18-year-old girl may have been in to have to turn to porn for cash. I understand she was a young adult at college and that maybe she just did it for the thrill of it, but still.

A quick google search tells me she wasn't anything close to being a "star". From what I gather she's just a nude model.

Sander's brother, Jacob Sander, confirmed that the nude woman pictured on the site is his sister.

As if the family isn't having a difficult time the way it is... the dude had to identify a nude picture of his assumed-to-be-deceased sister... :p

And the poor grandparents had to find out while being interviewed about her apparent murder.

It brings forth an interesting question: Should the reporter be informing sources about this type of stuff?

For instance, the St. Pete Times reporter who allegedly was the first to inform Hulk Hogan of his impending divorce.

Did the grandparents really need to be asked about their granddaughter's apparent porn work?

There is a chance that her porn work could be tied to her disappearance. If that's the case, then absolutely it's a question the reporter should have asked. That the grandparents didn't know is simply unfortunate. Sad, but unfortunate.

I had the interesting experience of informing several aldermanic candidates of their losses during election night last April...

Maybe they expected to win, but either way, they were expecting to hear one way or the other the result of the election.

The grandparents here aren't excepting to hear about their granddaughter doing whomever. I don't know how asking them if they knew about the porn business advances the story. Maybe I'm missing something here.
