    You'll notice that Mexican forces made 'nary an incursion into U.S. territory during that time period. OK, so maybe W. doesn't get all the credit, but still ...

    And Presidential candidates are generally proud of their college work and gladly release their transcripts. When you apply for a job, you often give them your college transcripts. But I guess the Presidency isn't as important as an associate's job at some law firm.
