Yes, I know there's multiple baseball threads. I don't get to be jacked for the Tribe too often.

Delete this goddamn thread as you see fit.

Hey, I'll help you rejoice as the Yankees get trounced.

    Indians, yeah!

I tip my cap. Been a Yankees fan since I was a kid. Kind of hard to root for a team that A-Rod's on. The team I loved in the late 90s is GONE.

In the spirit of Central solidarity:

    Indians, Fuck Yeah!

    (Until you play the Twins)

As an Indians fan, the team I loved in the late 90s is gone, too, but it's nice to run out the Yanks for one night.

    Not unlike two years ago.

Yea, what happened? I didn't write it down since it's always in the postgame notes. But my postgame notes blew away in the wind.

    Hey, they could be back.

Melky Cabrera, Andy Phillips, Robinson Cano, Nick Green, Kevin Reese, Chien-Ming Wang, T.J. Beam

    Who are those guys?

Kinda like that '96 team that started a dynasty with no-names, playing unselfish team ball and coming through in the clutch.

Remember, Jeter, Rivera, Posada, Pettitte, Stanton, Nelson, etc. were once "Who are those guys?" type of players.

Oh . . . and a VERY happy birthday to George III.

Good for spending money -- and not much else.

So seriously. What happened? Why are we cheering the Indians?

I refuse to do actual work to discover the answer.
