Just happened on a play at plate in Boston. Lower leg snapped.

    To the former Dodgers farmhand:

    Hope you're feeling better.

    Career-ender level stuff.

"WHAT THE HELL DID WE DO TO YOU, GOD? HUH? YOU ANSWER US, GODDAMMIT!!!"

    Signed,

    Cleveland

P.S.: If Santana can't come back from this and goes Ray Fosse, the Indians have zero chance of competing for the next decade. That's how pivotal Santana is to the Tribe's future.

Wonderful. It's so bad it even deserves a thread where the headline basically says: CLEVELAND, YOU ARE FUCKED.

Well, I guess the Central will have two AAA teams the rest of the season now with Cleveland and Detroit.

You forgot the Royals. Or are they a double-A team?

True, I guess Cabrera bumps the Tigers to AAA.

Not true. Double-A teams don't have hitters as bad as Travis Hafner hitting clean-up for them.

It wasn't God. It was a Black Magic Woman.

They would have had to trade him long before the decade was out anyway.

And even if he does come back, it probably won't be as a catcher, which makes him far less valuable as a player.
