Didn't want this one to get lost in the gathering maelstrom of a good-old fashioned pissing match. Sheer genius.

And this photo was taken out of context. In the half second after it was snapped, the other three all were standing like this:

So Obama's patriotism (and the FACT he won't wear a flag lapel) is beyond question in the general election? Kerry thought her owned that issue last time and it came back to bite him in the ass!

It's not a FACT. He has worn flag pins in the past, and he wears them sometimes now. What he won't do is wear them all the time to try to fit some false definition of 'patriotism'.
Do we judge patriotism solely on who wears a flag pin? Is Hillary Clinton not a patriot? Is John McCain not a patriot? Because they don't always wear flag pins either...or hadn't you noticed?

Flag lapels. The economy is in the shitter, China is making us its bitch, we're knee deep in two mismanaged wars...and you're talking about fucking FLAG LAPELS.

But Britney's not a political candidate running for President. If she was, her cooter pics undoubtedly would be relevant.

Your point is correct if we lived in a perfect world where people all voted for rational reasons. But, because we don't, that photo is relevant. The Republicans will make sure everyone in the US has seen it before November, many will wonder why he's the only guy without his hand over his heart, and he probably will lose a few votes because of it.

Voters tend to pay attention to that kind of stuff, maybe that's why O was wearing it in West Virginia (and downplaying his past gun stances)

Repugnant. There are some disgusting people in this nation.

If patriotism to you or other sheep is defined by wearing a lapel pin, then I truly weep for this nation and the pride I actually have in America.

Patriotism in a very real sense, is more about what you try to do help America and Americans. Not a lapel pin. Pathetic.

You want to argue his stance on gun rights, I'll hear it. THAT is an issue. Flag pins are not.
And you didn't answer my question.
