This may very well be a D-B. But I stumbled upon this video of the incredible final three minutes of a Texas high school game. If you haven't seen it, I won't spoil the way it transpires. It's pretty amazing, though. It's a game in Texas Stadium between Plano East and John Tyler on Nov. 26, 1994.

I remember seeing this on tape on British TV right after it happened, and not being able to get the "I'm gonna throw up" line out of my head. I and my siblings laughed our arses off at it.

This was actually one of the plays of the year for the ESPYs several years ago.

    I didn't think the ESPY's went back to 1994.

They go back further than that, not exactly how far, though. I think 93 might have been the first year, when Valvano gave his famous speech.

They did. Gretzky's record-setting goal, Reggie Miller's torching of the Knicks and Askia Jones with 60+ in the NIT all got nominated.

Wow, so the kickoff return got the play of the year, or the whole thing?
