Bart Starr and Terry Bradshaw, with six Super Bowl rings and four Super Bowl MVP awards between them, scoff at being slotted behind Favre and Marino on your list, if in fact they make your list at all.

I'm not sure he'd make the top ten....

    1. Bradshaw
    2. Ben Roethlisberger
    3. Neil O'Donnell
    4. Bubby Brister
    5. Kordell Stewart
    6. Mike Kruczek
    7. Joe Montana, but only because of where he is from.
    8. Dan Marino, but only because of where he is from.
    9. Joe Namath, but only because of where he is from.
    10. Jim Kelly, but only because of where he is from.

Favre is a very old man in NFL years who looks great in October but shit in December.

That guy from the Navy named Roger is light years ahead of Favre.

Elway, Marino, Bradshaw, Brady, Staubach and Montana are pretty easily rated above Favre, IMHO.

He is 12-10 in the playoffs with one Super Bowl win and one loss, and to place him in the top-five means you are dropping two guys off that list (which did not include Manning).

Not having Peyton Manning on your list of top five quarterbacks of all-time is more idiotic than not having Favre in the conversation.

Manning probably should have been in it. It's just easy to rattle off 6-7 guys who I think are ahead of Favre.

Marino is 8-10 with one Super Bowl loss. And Favre broke all his career records. There's one.

You really think Bradshaw, who threw as many TDs as INTs, was a better quarterback than Favre? Please.

Staubach, who never led the league in any passing category, except TDs once, is better than Favre? Please.

Favre is top 5. Easily. You're just blinded by hatred or the '70s.

Mizzou said of the Super Bowl era, so I'm giving people a pass here, but if we're talking all time, you start with Unitas and you'd better not forget Graham, Layne and Baugh. And maybe Luckman and Van Brocklin.

Favre in the top 5? Not if you include those guys.
