Over 975,000 American citizens have voted in a referendum to impeach Prince Regent Cheney.

Although it is off the floor and technically "off the table," HR 333 exists, it's real, it's been drafted and it's been sent to the Judiciary Committee for further inspection.

  3. So now grounds for impeachment are if you disagree with who's in charge?

It's an issue of job performance. The people desire termination.

  5. OK, then, LJB. I don't think that falls under the parameters for impeachment, but ... last time I checked, we don't have the parliamentary system here.

What "crime" has been committed, other than not being a Democrat?

How do you know I'm a Democrat, Ly? I sure as hell ain't conservative, but I don't stroke it every night to the dislocated ideals the Democratic Party presently espouses.

"Most authorities agree -- and the precedents are in accord -- that an impeachable offense is not limited to conduct which is indictable. Conduct that undermines the integrity of a public office or is in disregard of constitutional duties or involves abuse of power is generally regarded as grounds for impeachment. Since impeachment is a drastic sanction, the misconduct must be substantial and serious."

No one in Washington has the balls to do it. It's a non-issue.

    Every day.
    Every single day.
    When does it ever end?

I agree, we suffer this band of thieves and war criminals every day, every single day, and there's never been any end in sight.

We're all asking the same questions Twoback.

Turns out we're just asking them of different people.

No need to ask who's dummy, I guess.

I am finding that politicians are becoming increasing irrelevant to our day to day life. In this day and age we are more affected by decisions of the investment bankers at Goldman Sachs than we are decisions by many politicians.
