The Washington Kastles of World TeamTennis have an immediate need for someone to cover four of their matches and help out with some other communications.

There will be one home match on July 12 in D.C. and three road matches on July 8, 9 and 10. The road matches will not require travel...you can follow the scoring online and the Kastles will arrange for phone interviews after the match.

Martina Hingis will be in town for the match on July 12.

After the 12th, we won't need help with match coverage but could use some assistance with some other writing, including marketing emails and other basic communications.

You don't have to be an expert in tennis, but it helps to know the basic rules and you will have to quickly learn the World TeamTennis scoring system, which differs slightly from regular tennis.

If interested, contact Jack Gorman with the Kastles at Jack.Gorman@yahoo.com. It would be helpful if you can send some clips that show you've covered sporting events live.

Please note the contact email address for this opportunity has changed. There was a slight spelling error on my part. I apologize for any confusion.
