Wish my old company had considered furloughs. Heck, that would have probably saved them more money in the long run, but they are too stupid to figure that one out.

 

Woulda gotten my attention more if it'd been a certain longtime SportsJournalists.com denizen...

I'm celebrating mine by making the necessary arrangements to start substitute teaching in the fall... so I can have a little something when they announce the next furlough in the new fiscal year.

Once they take, they won't stop until someone quits, or they start doleing out pink slips. That's just my opinion, anyway.

 

We just finished a round of five furlough days a piece in June.
