Some of the greatness from my friend's preschool class in Missouri:

Sam (age 4) " Hey Melisa, do you want to come to my house?"

Melisa (age 4) "... Sure....where do you live?

Sam "I have no idea. My mom's phone number is 1 234"

Andrew (age 4) "Miss Johnson, I can't go potty, the water's blue."

Me "it's just cleaner, it's okay to go potty"

Andrew (running out of the bathroom) "Miss Johnson, Miss Johnson! Yellow and blue make green!"

    Paige (age 5)"When I was a kid..."

Mackenzie (age 7)"You are a kid, Paige."

Paige "When I was a LITTLE kid..."

Jenna (age 3)" Now, I know I know everything, but I don't know how I'll ever be as smart as Santa Claus."
    ______________________________________________________

James (when asked why he was arguing with Josh about some blocks) "I was telling him about life. It's not gonna be fair because life isn't fair."

Jenna " I'm making posters for the animals at the Mizzou" (only here would children call the zoo the mizzou)

So you tell the companies whether its cheaper to offer their employees a regular 401(k), a Roth 401(k), or some other retirement benefit? :)
I'm assuming whatever investment firm the 401(k) is tied into (Fidelity, Vanguard, etc.) would manage the distribution/loans/withdrawals/etc. of the 401(k)
