IJAG grins, aka Reese and Jake split

Reese is a cutie. Her best performance was in Man in the Moon, before she was a teen. She was also very good in Election, showing she could out-Silverstone Alicia Silverstone, and in Legally Blonde. She was even decent in the stupid Sweet Home Alabama.

 

Election was a great movie. She had a small, but memorable part in Twilight (no, not that one) with Gene Hackman and Paul Newman, I believe.

 

Even Matthew Broderick, who is known for his broad portrayals (and not in a RuPaul way), had a nuanced performance in Election. Alexander Payne is an underrated director; Citizen Ruth was a hoot (and what has happened to Laura Dern?)

 

Yes. She dropped out of Stanford in order to do that movie.

 

Had had no unusual interest in her until Walk the Line. I've loved her ever since.

 

You should see her in Twilight. You'll love her even more. ;D
