What three sports books would you want to have with you? You have your choice, but are limited to three. I am just curious of everyone's favorites.

Me, I would want Ball Four (cliche, I know, but still the best of its genre, except, possibly, for The Long Season), Best American Sportswriting of the 20th Century (cop out, I know) and The Game by Ken Dryden.

    It's only been an hour. It's not fail...yet. :D

I'd have to think on it. Too many good options.

The first is the only book I brought with me for Peace Corps; the second I've read since I got here for research purposes and the third I've never read but if it's going to be a while until I leave the island, I'll tackle it.

War and Peace would make a list of five.

    Sirs, Madames,

Laughing in the Hills, Nack's Secretariat book (published under a couple of titles) and a basketball book, probably The City Game.

I would choose by length rather than quality. More pages for campfire and origami and toilet paper.
