Congressional Republicans continued to attack President Jackson's foreign policy Thursday, accusing him of being out of touch and ignorant of interests outside American borders.
Jackson has been under fire ever since a Monday press conference during which he asserted that, despite its increased nuclear arms capability, "'What' ain't no motherfuckin' country I ever heard of."
Jackson later said "They speak English in 'What'?"
