Forgiven, and stick around. You know the area and subject as well as any of us. Just, uh, stick to that and don't let yourself be goaded by the goaders.
(and vice versa - I'm not taking sides here)

Jeff MacGregor tweeted earlier that they're also taking credit for New Coke, Amtrak and the Edsel.

I get a little flustered thinking that two weeks ago today I was standing right outside the Marriott Marquis or that my sister works withing two block of there.

I haven't read any of the stories yet or seen anything on TV. Besides, this is my best source for information: Did the shows go on?

A few shows were delayed but not cancelled. Even Lion King (which was closest to the vehicle).

They evacuated part of the Marriott Marquis but apparently Come Fly Away went on at the Marquis theater...started 30 minutes late

If Come Fly Away is cancelled, the terrorists win

MSNBC reporting that there is video footage of a possible suspect: A white male in his 40s. Also that there is a "grainy susbstance," possibly fertilizer, in a gun locker in the SUV.

There was talk last night of video footage from a number of area cameras...on corners and on some of the area buildings, like Bank of America on 45th.

There also was mention during Bloomberg's 2 a.m. presser of a 2-X-2-X-4 foot metal gun locker taken from the SUV to be detonated at the bomb squad's facility in the Bronx.
