    A tip for the photogs... don't have the players stand up against the wall when you take their mugs. It creates a creepy-looking shadow behind them. Do it outside, in the open.

    And if you're taking your own mugs, one-man show people ... don't be afraid to go ahead and use the flash, even outside with the sun. It evens out the lighting on the face.

    Why don't you see if the ad sales folks can tie in with a local restaurant to provide the food in exchange for some ad space?
