I think my brother may have a mild form of Tourette's syndrome ...

    they say that occurrence in adults is quite rare for this disorder, but I still suggest that you and your brother go see a specialist, to be sure. While I'm doing a bit research myself, I invariably asked myself if I had one as well. I do have this weird habit of stretching my body every now and then. And always with a cracking sound. Haha.
