I should've kept the planner

    Well, I think I have it working now.

    Reinstalled the Palm desktop, did the hotsync again and now it looks like everything is right.

    Now, I just have to finish the tedious job of rebuilding my calendar.

    Ugh.

    Every December I buy a weekly/monthly planner at Staples. Best $15 I'll spend all year. Keep it with me wherever I go.

    When I graded, I used both an old-fashioned gradebook and Excel. Maybe it was a bit more work, but it was a system that worked for me.
