    No, not a heads up that the cheerleading classic "Bring it on!" is on. I mean, goddamn is it cold outside. -25C -- that's -13F -- and snowing. The wind chill has it will into the -30s. Supposed to get down to -32 or -25.6F tonight before the wind chill is factored in.

    So very cold right now.

    My girl's in Jasper, Alberta, and it's going to be -32C tonight and -48C up on the ski hill. She, too, is not a happy camper.

    It was 65 in NJ today and it's still mid-50s after midnight on Nov. 22/23.

    Was 76 today and is 67 now... four days ago, the heat was on.

    About the same in Michigan too, spnited.


    Black Friday is supposed to be highs in the 30s.

    It was 70 degrees at noon today and we were under a tornado watch. It's now in the low 30s.

    Beautiful sunny morning here in the Toronto 'burbs. The thermometer on the sign in the parking lot says it is 14C, almost 60!

    A 30 degree difference today between the city I used to live in a long while ago and the more temperate place I reside in now. God bless you US Grant for winning the war and keeping the South open to carpetbaggers like me.
