I rented Silent Hill last night and I don't get it.

Loved the video game when I was younger.

Can someone explain this disaster to me?

 

I didn't see it precisely because I love the game. I figured there was no way it could translate.

 

I think it translated into ancient Egyptian because I had no idea what was going on.

I think it was over two hours long. Way, way to much crap.

 

I actually saw it in the movie theater on a date, and we had a great time.
The woman in question is very funny, the theater was almost completely empty and we just cut up the whole time.
It certainly looked cool.
But it had the internal logic of a video game, which means none.

 

So you got it? Please, enlighten me. I understood everything up to the second little girl.
