I personally believe most U.S. Americans are unable to pay their restaurant bill

    Miss Louisiana Teen USA stripped of her crown for dining and dashing. And carrying around pot:

    Some advice for Miss Louisiana Teen USA -- next time you dine and dash, don't leave your purse behind with pot in it, then go back to get it. I think they should strip her of more than her crown.
