I'm actually pretty pissed off myself at the moment, and it's Alice in Chains is a great for that enduring, methodical anger that will last all morning. To get it out I usually go with RATM, and actually Soundgarden's Jesus Christ Pose is a decent one. Dark horse in this race is Primus, whose Antipop album can do the trick. Tool, a Perfect Circle. Ok, I should probably stop now before I break out my plaid button-down shirt and leather boots, and put Singles in the DVD player.

Nothing like a bit of the old Ludwig van.

Echo the NIN thoughts, a little surprised no mention of Godsmack yet.

Three pages of music and no SLIPKNOT yet?

(Sic), Wait and Bleed, Spit it Out, Surfacing - First CD
People = Shit, Left Behind, Heretic Anthem (hell just about anything off of IOWA)

Korn's first CD is just an angst-ridden joyride through all kinds of anger.

Faget, Clown, Blind etc. all great stuff and sure to get your blood going.

Then again if you're not into the heavier shit, you could go with

    Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff

Killing In The Name - RATM
    Crystal Skull - Mastodon
One Armed Scissor - At The Drive-In

Anyone mention Slipknot? One of my favorites to keep me going on the treadmill.
