Moddy, Cosmo, MM, IJAG (maybe?) or anyone else out there who knows of a good mom and pop that is kid friendly for an early dinner, I am open to any and all suggestions.

Once again, thank you ahead of time.

Burger King's good, but stay clear of the fries.

The Nook is a good diner on the Downtown Mall and a pretty good place to take kids.

Make sure to hit up Spudnuts if you're still there tomorrow morning.

I enjoy Christian's pizza at the downtown mall. Lots of by-the-slice selections along with full pies, calzones, etc.

Cosmo, is that the place we ate with Sonner? That place was good.

Gotta hit Starr Hill Brewery in Crozet. Best damned microbrewery in Virginia (Legend being a close second, but they don't do enough stouts for my taste)

The Mall is a huge plus. It will give the kid a chance to roam if she gets restless.

Any suggestions on what to get at The Nook?

My wife swears by their eggs benedict. I like the cheesesteak a lot, but that's probably a matter of personal taste.

Every breakfast item I've had has been good. BBQ meatloaf is solid.

If you're in the Crozet area, King Family Vineyards puts out a good Meritage.
