I know there's a flaw in this reasoning somewhere

    I think Rush is right. And the murder rate in the U.S.A. is so scary high that he should, indeed, leave the country. Maybe he could bunk in the Bahamas with Anna Nicole Smith.

    So what he's saying is: 100 lives lost in Iraq is no big deal. That many get killed in California -- what's another hundred lives here or there?

    100 lives are of no real worth to him.

    I wonder what his "point of diminishing returns" would be? 500? 1,000? 10,000? Perhaps one more than was murdered in California in a month...

    Of course more than 100 people are killed every month in California. It's all those terrorists pouring across the border from Mexico.
